LED 30-DAY RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

You must contact Wyked Illuzionz and obtain a return authorization number before we will accept any returned items or before any exchanges will be made.  We will not be able to process your request without this number. 

Obtaining a return authorization number from us does not imply or guarantee a replacement or refund, only that we will examine the item and make a decision based on your claim and our examination.

All returns must be received by Wyked Illuzionz within 30 days of purchase (if purchased by customer in person) or within 30 days of shipment (if purchased by customer via telephone or online).

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of the item, including any insurance costs.  Wyked Illuzionz cannot be responsible for items shipped by customer and not received by us.  Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 

A copy of your receipt, the reason for the return, and a contact number or email address must accompany each return.  Please note that customers are solely responsible for determining the correct size and application of any products purchased.

In order for a returned item to be accepted, it must be in its original packaging and in its original (new) condition.  There will be absolutely no return or exchange of merchandise that shows signs of being installed, mounted, scratched or used in any manner.

Any refunds made by Wyked Illuzionz will be done either by company check or by a credit to the customer’s original charge card which shall be determined by Wyked Illuzionz.

Customer will be subject to a $7.95 fee for any items that were originally shipped to them at no charge.  All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

LED WARRANTY

Limited Warranty – Wyked Illuzionz warrants that lighting products sold herein, if operated and maintained under normal conditions, shall be free from any defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise noted. 

Manufacturer’s Warranty - Some items, as noted on this website, are protected by longer manufacturer warranties.

Customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return of warrantied items.  Any items submitted for manufacturers warranty are subject to manufacturer’s approval for repair or replacement.

Please note that if an item is tested and found not to be defective, the customer will be charged $4.95 to re-ship the item back to them.

No warranties apply to defects caused by customer’s abuse, mishandling, or negligence.

Customers must contact Wyked Illuzionz and must agree to trouble-shoot any potential problems prior to returning items for warranty.

Warranties are applicable to the original purchaser only.

LED DISCLAIMER

Wyked Illuzionz shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages whatsoever.

Wyked Illuzionz’ liability is limited to replacement of defective items.

Lighting products are not Department of Transportation (DOT) approved and are being sold for “show use” only.

Customers are solely responsible for determining the legality of lighting products in their own states or any states they visit.

PRIVACY

Wyked Illuzionz respects your privacy.  We will NEVER, under any circumstances, sell or give ANY information relating to our customers to any other person or entity.

LED STATE LAWS

The laws relating to motorcycle accent lighting vary from state to state.  Some colors are permissible in some states while all colors are permissible in other states.   In addition, some (most) states have laws affecting flashing or strobing of lights.

We have a page on this website, where we make an effort to help our customers research state laws.  This page is provided as a tool and should not be construed as definitive legal information.

Customers are solely responsible for determining the laws applicable to them.

HELMET WARRANTY

Coverage  
 
This warranty is applicable for manufacturer's defects ONLY and is good for one year from the date of purchase.  It does not cover
normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse or negligence.  Modification of any kind that is made to the helmet by the user or any third party will render this warranty null and void.  This warranty also does NOT cover chips, scratches, abrasions or other damage to the helmet's outer shell and painted surfaces caused by contact of the helmet with another surface or object.

All of the site materials, content, products and services on the site are provided "AS IS" and without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, and to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.  

Wyked Illuzionz does not warrant that the functions contained in the website or its content, including third-party and services offered through the site or on the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the servers that makes he site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. 

You expressly agree that use of the site and content is at your sole risk. 

We hereby expressly disclaim all liability for product defect or failure claims that are due to normal wear, product misuse, abuse, product modification, improper product selection, non-compliance with any codes, or misappropriation.  

Wyked Illuzionz shall not be liable for any consequential damages.

HELMET RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Returns/Exchanges

Returns or Exchanges MUST be made within 30 days of purchase and ONLY with a Return Authorization Number (RA #).

All returns, not exchanges, are charged a 20% restocking fee.
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
All returns or exchanges must be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#), from Wyked Illuzionz prior to returning any
merchandise.
  
To Return or Exchange merchandise please follow these steps:  

Before returning/exchanging any merchandise, you must first obtain a RA #.
You can obtain a RA # online using our return/exchange form below. Once we receive your form, we will promptly respond with your
RA# and directions for return shipment.

You will be required to first repack the merchandise in its original packaging (the same way you originally received it).
Next, you will have to package the manufacturer’s box for shipment by either placing it inside an appropriate shipping box or
appropriately wrapping it.  DO NOT write on the manufacturer’s box and DO NOT apply tape to the manufacturer’s box. 
Lastly, you are required to write the RA# on the outside of the package or your package will be REFUSED.
 
Once we receive and confirm the condition of the merchandise, we will then process your request.  

Damages:  
 
If you receive a damaged item, you will have 5 days to contact us.  Please contact us immediately and a Sales Associate will instruct
you from there.
After 5 days, we will not be able to file a claim with our shipping company.
There will be no refunds or exchanges on damaged merchandise after the 5 days.
